I'd like the ability to delete and or edit notes on user profiles.

Search feature with language filter. ex. english only, etc.
The search feature is great. Unfortunately, our company is a common name/word in another language. Therefore, we see many, many irrelevant search results from non-English speaking tweeters.
Please create the ability to refine searches by language.

Group updates from multiple accounts
It would be nice if you could group updates from multiple accounts.
I have four active accounts, which happen to follow the same people. Now, as it is, when someone posts an update, it is displayed 2-3 times, as many accounts that are following him. It would be nice to group these posts, so my inbox wouldn't overload...

Schedule "On Duty" Times
I would like to be able to schedule who is on duty ahead of time so it automatically switches who the person on duty is.

Move Tweet out of modal pop up into Side bar area.
In the right hand column were post an update currently resides. This can turn into an expandable div. The pop up seems slower then an expandable area on the current page would be.

We decided to move to a modal dialog over inline forms for consistency throughout the application. We will continue to look into the performance & feasibility of different approaches. Thanks for the feedback!

Remove "(stats)" from Retweet
When retweeting a tweet with a bit.ly url the "(stats)" text gets included in the retweet

Add a "hot user" view
We sometimes have VIP or Critical followers / friends and it would be great to have a consolidated view of all dialogue associated with that user in one place. So basically all DMs @ and perhaps even their last 10 tweets.
Some way of drawing our attention to updates / posts from hot users would also be very helpful.

something like a Digsby-type widget for our webpages
You should consider something like a Digsby-type widget that we could plug into our web pages so users can direct Twitter us right from our site (instead of through Twitter interface)

Ability To View Followers For A User
We follow users based on segments, for instance Weddings - brides, wedding event planners etc. We normally search topics, find people, view their Following and Followers to find other people in the Weddings segment or group.
Right now the system does not allow us to view their Following and Followers and add multiple people quickly from inside the applicaiton.

include @replies that occur mid-Tweet in the "msgs" stream
Only @replies that begin with the Twitter ID are found in the "messages" stream. I've gotten a fair amount where my id is somewhere in the middle of the tweet. Those should be gathered in "messages" as well, IMHO. Thanks!

Provide Stats on Following vs. Followers
Allow a user to see all users and sort by who follow status - Mutual, Following, Follower. This would allow a corporation to "activate" those not following by starting a dialogue with the user using Replies. This report should be able to be downloaded to Excel and also be available in chart format by day (Track Following/Follower Status by Time Period)
